After machining, each tube is polished, then anodized for a brilliant finish – almost too good to cover up with a grip! Finally, Self-lubricating Delrin bushings are press fit in each end. These Delrin bushings prevent aluminum-to-aluminum contact between the G2 Street E-Gas Throttle Tube for KTM and your handlebar providing a feel far smoother than stock!
